Job Description
Responsible for managing flight reservations, ticketing, and booking modifications while providing professional and efficient assistance to passengers.
Ensures accurate reservation details, responds to customer inquiries, provides relevant travel information, and delivers excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Make and manage flight reservations and bookings.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, routes, and availability.
- Issue, reissue, and modify airline tickets.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, and flight changes.
- Assist passengers with travel requirements and booking inquiries.
- Maintain accurate passenger and reservation records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve reservation-related issues.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in airline reservations.
- Knowledge of Aerocrs system.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
