Job Description

KCB Bank Tanzania is hiring a Business Banker to grow and manage its Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) business banking portfolio, drive branch sales strategies, and deliver asset and deposit targets

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous growth and retention of the existing business banking portfolio.
• Reinforce and execute the Branch Sales Strategy for the SME segment.
• Improve customer satisfaction, service delivery, and customer retention metrics.Find Recruiters
• Appraise customer credit proposals, evaluate financial health, and make formal lending recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through structured client visits and calls.
• Drive increased business propositions, including deposits and loan assets, targeted at small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
• Prepare comprehensive customer profiles to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across bank products

Requirements

• Total Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in business banking, SME lending, or corporate relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: Required (RQ) – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Essential (ES) – Professional certifications such as AKIB, CPA (T/K), or ACCA.
• Master’s Degree: Added Advantage (AA) – Master’s degree in a business-related field
