Job Description

The successful candidate will lead digital banking sales strategy and initiatives designed to increase the adoption and use of the bank’s digital financial products.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing digital banking sales strategies.
• Driving the acquisition of corporate and public-sector collection mandates.
• Managing business relationships with payment service providers, mobile money agents and third-party aggregators.
• Identifying customer needs and opportunities for digital banking services.
• Expanding the use of point-of-sale terminals, web collection systems and corporate payment solutions.
• Monitoring digital product performance and developing strategies to improve profitability.
• Supervising the Transaction Banking Team.
