Job Description
Job Title: Head of Business Intelligence & Digital Analytics Company: Yas Tanzania Position: 1
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of business performance reports and executive insights.
- Support product, marketing, and commercial teams through customer and market analytics.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business performance.
- Lead customer segmentation, churn prediction, revenue forecasting, and behavioral analytics projects.
- Lead, coach, and develop Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Science teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing analytics teams.
