Job Description
Miracle Experience is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Lounge Host to provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to guests.
The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, providing information about the lounge, menu, and available services, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and memorable experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with waiters, bartenders, and other lounge staff, monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to requests, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Check reservations and manage seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their preferred seating areas.
- Attend to guests and provide personalized service.
- Provide information about the lounge, menu, and available services.
- Coordinate with waiters, bartenders, and other lounge staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, Guest Relations Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is an advantage.
- Experience in a high end hotel, VIP lounge, restaurant, airport lounge, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
Good command of English.
Basic computer skills.
