Job Description
We are scaling fast and we need trainers who can create confident, disciplined, high-performing field teams. As Product Trainer, you will be the engine behind quality onboarding and strong execution.
Responsibilities
- Train Loan Officers, dealers, and promoters/agents on product, process, and systems.
- Develop structured onboarding programs and refresher training schedules.
- Ensure full mastery of CRM and loan systems, including compliance and data quality requirements.
- Identify performance gaps and coach teams to improve conversion and onboarding quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a trainer in fintech, telco, PAYGO, retail, or device financing environments.
- Energetic, structured, and field-ready comfortable traveling and working closely with teams on the ground.
Skills
Training teams on apps
digital tools
or field sales processes.
Strong facilitation and communication skills (English & Swahili).
