Job Description
Mzumbe University is inviting applications from suitably qualified and competent Tanzanian citizens to fill five academic vacancies across several disciplines. Joining Mzumbe University as a Tutorial Assistant provides an opportunity to begin an academic career while developing teaching, research, and professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a Master’s Degree training programme and attain a GPA of at least 4.0.
- Attend an induction course in pedagogic skills where applicable.
- Understudy senior academic members by attending lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions in Accounting and Finance.
- Conduct tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Assist in research, consultancy, and outreach activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from an accredited and recognized institution with a minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5.0.
